In order to promote the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine, actively implement the national "the Belt and Road" cooperation initiative, and extensively carry out international exchanges and cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine, from June 1 to 2, the "Sino Russian Academic Conference on International Exchange and Cooperation of Traditional Chinese Medicine", sponsored by the Professional Committee of TCM Characteristic Diagnosis and Treatment Research of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and the Russian Society of Traditional Oriental Medicine Professionals, was held in Liupanshui, Guizhou. Huahai Vitiligo Hospital, as a member unit of the association and a demonstration base for vitiligo research and treatment of United Nations agencies, was invited to participate in this grand event and give an academic speech. The academic paper "Clinical Research and Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine's' Black and White Same Treatment 'for Vitiligo" written and submitted by Dean Cheng Aihua to the conference has won high praise from attending experts for its innovative research and unique insights, and has been awarded the "Excellent Paper Award" and included in the conference proceedings selection.

It is reported that Dean Cheng Aihua has led a research team to deeply cultivate vitiligo for more than 30 years, using traditional Chinese medicine to overcome the world's difficult problem of vitiligo, and serving patients in more than 120 countries around the world. And has successively undertaken more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects such as the National Torch Program and the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Research and Development Program, achieving breakthroughs and winning multiple scientific and technological awards. He has also published 16 medical monographs on vitiligo and hundreds of professional academic papers, making significant contributions to leading the scientific development of traditional Chinese medicine vitiligo.
